The Aurora Film Society’s 2026 Movie Series Votes Are In!

Our subscribers have voted and our 2026 film series consists of the following titles & dates:

January 21st:  “Hundreds Of Beavers”

February 18th:  “Network”

March 18th:  “Bicycle Thieves”

April 15th: “The Farewell”

May 20th:  “On Becoming A Guinea Fowl”

June 17th:  “City Of Hope”

July 15th:  “The Red Violin”

August 19th:  “Harlan County USA”

September 16th:  “Glengarry Glen Ross”

October 21st:  “After Hours”

November 18th:  “Five Easy Pieces”

December 16th:  “Odd Man Out”

Join us on the third Wednesday of each month in 2026 at The Venue (21 S. Broadway, Aurora, IL) for a screening of a film you didn’t know you needed to see.  Doors open at 630pm and the films begin promptly at 7pm.  Each screening is open to subscribers and box office ticket holders.  Attendees who wish to purchase a one-time ticket for a show may reserve a ticket on this site under the Box Office tab for a donation of $10 or may pay via The Venue’s Eventbright link on their website.  Those that wish to subscribe to our 2026 series may secure a subscription by making a donation of $70 under the Subscription tab.  We will see you in 2026 and bring a friend who loves movies!
